If it means reaching out to various internal stakeholders for signoffs and/or other requirements, we make it our responsibility to do it. We believe in solving issues with complete ownership to ensure faster collections.

Our endeavor is to provide to our clients, reach without boundaries. We cover almost the entire length & breadth of this country to ensure timely collections. We have physical presence in 25 cities and cover another 25 cities through a Hub & Spoke model. We complement this with the unmatched reach of telecalling out of our back office in Gurgaon.

Sridhar Kuchibhottlla, Founder & CEO
Sridhar Kuchibhottlla is the Founder and CEO of TanServ. Sridhar has proven his abilities at building profitable businesses by delivering strong P & L results across industry segments. He has been an expert at turning around and developing profitable portfolios for business. His expertise lies in managing very large and divergent territories & teams.
Sridhar has learned nuances of business having worked for organisations like Godrej-GE, Wipro, SBI Cards & GE Capital as a part of their senior management team.
Aravind Gangadharan, COO
Aravind Gangadharan co-founded TanServ & brings expertise in managing processes, technology and people. With over 23 years of experience in setting up & managing large operations, building teams successfully. Known to be a people’s man amongst his team, Aravind work’s with a clear motive of ‘making it simple’ for all stake holders. Aravind is an MBA by qualification and has worked at various leadership roles, managing P&L in corporates like Asian Paints, GE – Capital, American Express, Royal Sundaram & Aarya Cabs.
